And If I am correct you can't actually get the full triforce

Uh... I didn't think it was actually even possible to miss getting Epona (the horse). It's strange that an OoT veteran such as yourself thinks riding Epona is a cheat. :| Anyway, has such a veteran retrieved Biggoron's Sword? I wonder if that's possible without Epona. :p Maybe it is I don't know, although I don't know how in the world you'd get all the way back to the top of Death Mountain in 4 minutes without Epona.

Anyway, in reply to the original poster of this thread, I'm not aware of any actual "cheat," although I'm aware there are many many unlockables and sidequests. Try looking on that link given to you earlier.

You can run back to the mountain if you use the roll maneuver into a wall at exactly the same moment as you take out the ocarina and the countdown won't vanish to zero. You then get plenty of time. Getting across gerudo valley can be done by using a chicken at the right time.

Wow. Ya know, I think it would be harder beating the water temple without beating Dark Link than it is beating him.

5. Talk to evil guy
6. Play epona's song
7. Get on epona
8. Talk to evil guy while on horse
9. Beat him in race
10. Beat him in second race
11. Run fast and jump over gate/certain areas of the fence.
12. ???
13. PROFIT!

Seriously though, it's not too hard to miss.
