The one next to alex (one the left) is Kijuki, the one next to Carmen I think is cyber ninja..and then the other dragon I think is Rowan..not sure. The other people I don't know.

The blue dragon is indeed me, though Reain messed up on the Chara Sprite :P The guy with the yellow hair ..... I always thought that was trevlac.. and FFs was the guy to the left of his. Anyways the guy at the bottom right corner is Reains little brother which I completely forgot his name... ><. All the other unknown characters look like those common "Sephiroth" Guys.

EDIT: The guy right of my faceset is RuneBlade. Heres the post Reain put up for a creation of a movie but decided to cancel and make into a banner for the site. Its not everyone but its a nice majority.

Well I just felt like I needed a break. Also some of my IRL freinds were on Charas but they left and that kind of motivated me to leave too. But I'm back now anyway albeit not as active as before (but I'll try to be more active).

I guess you weren't around for any of the "SUBMIT CHARAS BANNERS HERE!!!" threads. That's where he was going with the lols. It's been suggested many times, but nothing ever happened.

There should be a contest, with an all-deciding vote on the winner. Dictator-style, shut up if you lose type ****.
 All I saw was that people couldn't agree.  
There should be a panel of poeple that will vote; it doesn't have to/ damn well shouldn't be everyone.
Entries should not have to have the same format as our current one.
A definite deadline is neccesary.
Others' opinions on the candidate banners should not be allowed to be posted during the actual contest, in the actual thread.

A banner just takes more time.

Creating a new banner contest won't get anywhere. It will end with nothing like the rest of them.

On the other hand, it is nice to see what some Charas members are capable of so you know who to ask to make a sig or something for you.

Then again, it is kinda pointless.

Then again, it might deliver the message to Alex that a new banner is order.

Then again, it is just basically spam.

If a new banner is to be made, it should only include the mods, admins, and recently visting members who have been here at least two years.
