This should... probably be in the Programming forum. But eh.

I doubt you'll find a free 3D MMO maker, and even if you do, you'll need the skill to create 3D models, textures and such.
You're better off with a 2D MMO or MUD. Someone else with more knowledge than I do will likely post here, but I know that there's free ones out there.

There is one out there

It's called Realm Crafter.  I'm not good with bb-code posting, so just go to realmcrafter.com.

It does cost money, but there is a demo version that allows you to try it, although you cannot save.

My brother uses it, it's a little complicated at first, but it's decent.
