It's called Magnetic Rose you can read that in the comments. Other than that I don't know anything about it; I couldn't see it 'cuz my connection's too slow to load videos :(

Indeed Magnetic Rose. One of those animes that didn't last very long, and not because people didn't like it, just because the story didn't take long to unfold.
