Title: Scrolling Background

I have a question. Is it possible to make a background scroll in RM2K? If so, please tell me how. Thanks!

That depends.

For battles, I do not know.
For panorama backgrounds:
There is an area in the Map properties next to where you select the panorama, there is an area called scrolling.

Secelt Vertical and/or Horizontal, and select auto scroll. Then, select your desired speeds.
