Ok, so like, right here it shows that one topic is above another:

But, below on the attachment, it doesn't show the dynasty warriors topic, but it shows the one below it about the thief.

It's just an error; that happens to me sometimes too. One to all of the topics in a forum will be hot, but none really are except those that are listed.

This is a hand-coded forum, so there's bound to be some bugs. It's not really a big deal anyways.
