I played KH2 all the way through, and my god it sucked. The first 2 hours were cool because Roxas 0WNS Sora.. but NO, they had to bring the little fag back in! Then the end guy's name keeps switching, first it's Ansem, then it's Xenort, then it's Xense (sp?)... what's it next?

EDIT: My personal fav Square game is Chrono Trigger.

Roxas is a bitch. Hated being him. And KH2 was probably the best Square-enix game I've ever played. Cause Final Fantasy does nothing for me. Tactics was meh. And anyone who doesent like KH simply because it involves Diseney needs to get over themselves. You'd love it if it was all FF characters. Rev has spoken.

I never palyed KH, and I never will because I don't have a PS2 anymore, plus I don't really care for video games anymore. BUT, from what I've heard and seen, it's not a bad game.

No teamate is useful in that game... Unfourtunatly you cant just leave them dead like you could in the first one... Althought it is rather humourous when Goofy gives a potion to people...

Speaking of funny, has anyone every noticed the way he runs?

Kingdom Hearts is a good game, anyone who thinks it is "Stupid" or "Retarded" Hasn't played it. The Disney in it is almost for Nostaligic reasons, and is hardly part of the actual story, which is what holds most of the entertainment. I mean honestly, how many DISNEY bosses do you actually end up fighting?

Speaking of fusing, the idea of that is just PLAIN CONFUZZLING!

Seriously. Fusing with Goof enables you usage of 3 swords. How does Sora use the third? Being logical, it'd be expected that Sora grew a third arm, but it just floats around. Shame. I like logic.

Ya well I love the Kingdom Hearts series.......they are awesome....most people look at the game but do not get past the point that it has Disney characters in it......I mean I am a huge fan of the old Disney stuff like the Lion King, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, and so on......but most people look at it and say "Oh, it has Disney characters in it and some of the other characters look that way too, its gay".....but they need to stop being so shallow and look deeper.....they put the Disney characters in the game so that it would appeal to younger kids but if you play the game and pay attention to the story line then it has an awesome deep story line.....that is for the older audience but most people "judge the book by cover"

That was pretty damn funny.  I didn't look at it at first because I thought it was a KH third game, and I hadn't played the second. I didn't beat the first either. I got right to the end, and then i gave it back to my friend.  It was pretty fun though.

i played and cleared it. Good game yeah, but way TOO retarted at times, there where at times were i truly asked myself why i kept playing, i figure because i told my roomate i would, in less time than him. I did. the only part i enjoyed was with simba, bout it. Being with tron was the most stupidest and ridiculous thing ever.

The entire FF7 game was not like "OMG I gots 'ta kill Seph-i-roth!"

However, the entire Kingdom hearts game WAS like: "OMG, a (insert either heartless or Org XIII here), let's kill it before it makes (Insert random disney character) into a (insert either heartless or nobody here)."

it's a game. It lacks some attributes in game design, lets put it at that, despice of the genre.

Making a fantasy game does not give me an exucuse to randomly put things together. They also have to make sense.  A lot of the FFs are good because of that, they are fantasious but still make sense. Of course there are some things that don't but arent as notable.

I never liked KH because I don't think Disney and RPG games mix very well. The game, in my opinion, is one huge chunk of random stuff put together with fancy special effects. Funny how Final Fantasy and Kingdom Heart are considered the greatest games of all time but when you mix them and add Disney, you just broke the line of fantasy and entered the 'Silly random stuff' reality. That's why I loved the video on Page 1; kudos to whomever did the video.

Dumbass. Fine, I'll make a totally awsome game where you kill things that are 3 times larger then you with a tissue filled with a special iron that only your character can lift. That sounds TOTALLY fun and it doesn't push the line of being fantasy but still being plasible(sp?), it makes a good game right?

You have to take into concideration he is fightning shadow like things.

Final fantasy is totally unblievable, look how many times someone has to get hit with a sword before they die, not to mention, it does render any of the enemies's abilities when they get slashed in the face with a sword the size of wal-mart. But see, a sword makes more sense than a key"blade". Now I can see something like when you are in wisdom form. You shoot magic from it, now that's fantasy, but if you look at it, it's fine. But once you go "slashing" with a blunt weapon, regardless of what the fleck you are attacking, it would be like hitting it with an iron tube.

Oh and I am not being picky, picky would I am just faulting the game on one sole thing finding any little bit of "mistakes".

The whole choice of the main weapon being that of a "blade" was fache and cliche.

Also a lot of the FF apperances disturbed the original storylines of the respective FF games, which is kinda disturbing for someone who likes theirs storylines kept in shape. If they would've done so, so the storylines of the games/movies werent twisted around I would've enjoyed it way more, but the fact they tried to switch the storylines of some, and complete reverted others, make me give it bad points.

You just hate Ninjas because you love Samurai. Honor and all that crap.

Why do Samurai kill themselves just to restore honor? It's like taking a grade-A soldier who's a crack shot and saying, "Aw, man, I screwed up, I'm going to shoot myself in the head because of it."

Ninjas, on the other hand, are based on the will to do stuff and survive. A ninja disguises themself and infiltrates and enemy dojo, kills their leader, and still gets out unharmed. Not only is a Ninja more effective, they last. If you lose a major samurai general of your army, his people will be discouraged and have lost a great leader. But the Samurai is only concerned with his honor. He doesn't care for the other people he helps because he's too self absorbed. A Ninja can get a job done and live to continue working for you.

Hence why Samurai died out and Ninjas lasted with time, albeit they evolved into the modern Assasin. Snipe out someone and get the hell away. Quick, simple, and valuable.

Remember Kingdom Hearts is just there for the money. It's a Disney game. They wanted a game that showed off all their films, but they knew it would suck. One guy met a Square Enix guy in an elevator, and Disney gave Square Enix the character rights to make the game.

The game was supposed to end after you killed Malificent with all the fairy princes saving the princesses. Square knew this idea was stupid, so they threw in a deep storyline with game cameos to SELL THE PRODUCT.

With FF, Disney, and Tron, they have led legions of fanboys to buy this game (including me). Remember, this is a Disney game with FF Cameos.

FF6 isn't that great.

Final Fantasy characters are in Kingdom Hearts solely due to the horrid FF fanbase. That's why Cloud and Sephiroth get their own little thing in the game. The way I see it, KH should be Disney and original Square-Enix characters. Though, I would like to see Claude Kenni and Ashton Anchors in the next KH, it wouldn't happen.

The other ninja that I could make an exception for is the ninja from Ask A Ninja. He actually makes me laugh at what he says not at what he does.
