So yeah umm, I just bought a new graphics card because my old one crapped out on me. Its an AGP Sapphire Radeon X1300. It works great and all, but then I tried testing my game, and it played at some weird crappy resolution! (I'll show a screeny of what it looks like instead of explaining it). The same thing happened with my old card, but I was able to fix it by turning the composite sync or something like that on. I tried doing that this time and it didn't work. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem with their gfx cards, and if so, how can I fix it? I can play it fine in windowed mode, but I always liked playing it in full screen :( Perhaps its just the version of rm2k3 I'm using?
Umm, anyway, see the attachement to see what it looks like.

Try running it in windowed mode.
Unless that IS windowed mode and I'm dumb.

Might have something to do with the res the graphics card is set at when going into full screen. I believe you can set the resolution in RPG Maker itself - if that doesn't work, try searching through your graphics card settings for anything that looks like a resolution and set it to something standard.
If neither works, take a screenshot of the settings pages for your card and post it here. If it's similar to mine (x700), I might be able to test things out and see what works for me.

Well it works fine in windowed mode, but my monitor is at 1280 x 1024, and the window is pretty small.
Anyway, I kinda fixed the problem. For some odd reason, when I shifted the screen position up one pixel, the size became proportionate, but theres still a black border around the whole thing which is annoying. But its not as bad now.
