1. Copy the fonts in the fonts folder in the RPGmaker directory and paste them into your computer's font directory.
2. Copy the fonts in your computer's font directory and paste them into the fonts folder in the RPGmaker directory.
3. Download RPG Advocate's version of RPGmaker. It comes with the font already fixed.
I believe it's understandable if you can't find the tutorial and no one here is actually going to bekind enough to give you a link, and instead be lazy and tell you to search for it.

Plus, the FONT TUTORIAL HERE DOES NOT EXIST! IN THE RECOMMENDED TUTORIALS/RPG MAKER FAQS TOPIC OF THE PROGRAMMING SECTION WILL SHOW A LINK. WHEN YOU CLICK ON THAT LINK, YOU WILL GET A 404. IT DOES NOT WORK!
If I find how to fix it, I'll be sure to tell you.

1, Download a lot of other people's games. You need a good selection of the:
---> RPG_RT.exe <---
2, Make a backup of your original RPG_RT.exe
3, Replace your RPG_RT.exe with ones you have taken from other projects. Keep checking the font. Eventually one should work - I find this one is different for every computer.
Of course, if your RPG_RT.exe is custom this is far less viable a solution, but this does work if you're lucky enough! I had a friend who could not replace his font using the aforementioned methods and this method prevailed.

Edit: Btw, just for reference, neither I nor my friend use the Advocate translation of RPG Maker 2003... we don't like it :p

I tried to just copy and paste into the Fonts folder, but that didn't really work, so.... could somebody tell me in English how to do this please?

Emeres: Here is how I fixed the font. I just took another games RPG_RT file. It has a little icon. I just copied and pasted it the new file into every single folder I could find with the same name file.
To put in new fonts, just go to the Windows Control Panel, go into the Font folder, delete the RMG 2000 font, then put in your new font. Make sure your new font has a red A behind it and that it was specifically designed for RM2k/3.
Just so you know, I was PMing Ace to help me and he was gonna send me the two fonts I needed anyway. I just figured this out before he had the chance to do so.
