Title: Vacation!!
Post by: Archem on July 26, 2006, 12:23:31 AM
Well, starting today (or about 6 hours ago today), My family and I are on vacation... sort of. We're at Corpus Christi (still in Texas), and I'm being hassled about my resistance to swimming. Fun /sarcasm. We'll be here for about four days (I think), and I'm not sure how often I'll have access to internet. My dad plans on taking us fishing (oh joy...), my mom has something work-related going on (I think), and my brother and sister will prob'ly be hassling me more about the hotel pool. I'm not saying "leaving" or "good bye" because I might still have access to this wifi (unless we find a different hotel), but I will be relatively inactive for a few days. But as long as this lappy holds up and the internet doesn't prove itself shitty, I'll make an occasional post or so. Lastly, I say: Bye-ish! :hi:

Dude, I am so back right now. I drowned twice (sorry Warxe!) and I walked around on a battle ship for a while. Also, it was friggin' pirate day every day! Arr! And I had a blanket that smelled like... Beef jerky... Don't want to think about why... I learned the horrors of satellite tv, and I watched Walker, Texas Ranger for a while. We ended up losing our internet (I died a little on the inside), so I've been sleeping and playing Kirby games the whole time (seriously, what better way to pass the time than by playing video games?). I got a cool shirt with a snappy pirate phrase on it (The beatings will continue until morale improves), and I finally got back yesterday (first thing on my return list was: play Oblivion. Check!). And I had a million Whataburgers*, but there weren't any McDonald's around... I wonder why... All in all, I had a good enough time, but I'm glad to finally be back at my computer. Also: new smiley! :corn:

*Whataburger was founded in Corpus Christi. Ain't that something?
