Where could I upload my own made resource to be added to the
list within the chara-generator system? I have something I'd like
for everyone to be able to use on their characters (especially for
other girls)

simply log in with your charas info where it tells you and when you do, you should be able to see an upload thingy, where you can upload your resources with no prob!
