Dude, finish your first game before begining work on your second.
The second screen is all messed up. That backdrop/fog or whatever its called in rmxp, isn't used right. Its meant to be the shade for trees, and well, you don't have many trees, so theres basically shade for trees that aren't there. Plus, unless you want to to be really sunny out, you should make the white transparent and the black part semi transparent instead of the other way around. The actual map itself could use some work as well.
I like the menu system. I believe its the ffx-2 menu script right?
The battle screen... Shouldn't the players be on the ground instead of the trees? Anyway, its good that you used a cbs (it looks like a nice one too), but you should really change from the defult menu system used in the battle, it doesn't look all too hat.
Anyway, yeah, don't work on a sequal until you finished the first game. Chances are, things may change slightly in your first game as you go along, and you need to change the sequal, stuff like that happens, and if you start on the sequal already, well, you're in a tight spot. Plus, if you wait to make the sequal, there may be some better graphics out there that you can use instead of the rtp. I really hate the rmxp rtp, they're bad graphics, and used in just about every rmxp game.

I've finished my first game. The only problem I have is to make a non-hevy file. That's why I get so many trouble with the demo version.
I made it after finishing the complete one.And I'll fix these screens ok.
-
Non-heavy file? DUH! When you use MP3s like you previously stated, what do you expect?
-
You didn't really read the topic, did you?Just some songs are mp3,not all of them.If i get rid from all mp3 it's sill a havy file!

MP3s are, on average, 5-1.5 MB. "Just some" is 'just' enough to make the file huge.
The only reason why a file should be large is if you have something custom in the game that requires a massive ammount of pictures OR character poses ( as I've got nearly 35 charactersets just for one person). You probally just found a bunch of random resources you plan on using, but probally won't, and threw them in there.
-
I got rid of the unuseful resources, and my mp3 files are on averege 2mb large.See, it's the game itself. Not the garbage stuff.
-
How many maps and coding do you have? I don't think that's what's causing it.
I still say it's the MP3s. Think about it. Most finished games using only MIDIs are only 5 Megabytes. I haven't even finished my demo and I'm using only MIDIs, but it's already 2 megabytes. You've already overspent.

If you have a lot of sound effects, that'll do it. Otherwise, if you pasted any .bmp files into your project folder, that might do it.
As long as your project is 20 mbs or less, there shouldn't be a size problem. Even for us poor souls with dial up, it won't take more than an hour or two to download. If your project is over 30 mbs, then you have some issues.
I use some mp3s in my game, and as long as you use them sparingly, its not a problem. They're good for epic or key scenes, but if its just like a town or dungeon theme, an mp3 isn't needed.
-
What I don't understand, is that my game is already at around 23 MB. I've got 5 mb of sound effects, about 2-3 of pictures... everything else is pretty low. I dunno what's raising the file size.
-
YOu have alot of full maps, that could be...just a quess tho
-
Nah, I found the problem.
I'll post a screen shot below.
What happened was the files were still holding things that no longer exsisted. I found roughly 6 MB of stuff that I deleted, but the files still said they had... but weren't actually there.
See below.

it's over 50Mb.It took me a lot of time to make. The begining seemed weird before because it was made during the time I was learning to deal with rpg maker just for fun.but then I improved it along with the rest of the game. The first storyline was pretty simple but now it's kind of complicated.

50 MB? Dude, you seriously need some help.
Which folder is the biggest? If your music is over 10 MB, get rid of the MP3s, or find something to lower the file size without lowering the quality.

I know. That's why,I'm here. But i have no time anymore.I have to go back to study next monday. So I'll check it out on the next holiday.Tomorrow I'll erase this thred to make a good one for this sequel later. The new DEMO is on the other topic.See ya fellas.
