I doubt i'd ever have gone, but there are so, so many people for whom E3 is the best thing since sliced bread. There's going to be alot of unhappiness :(

It's all speculation. Gamespot, a more trustworth source, said that it *might* be downsized, and this guy is just freaking out way too early. There has been no official announcement yet, so I say there's no reason to freak out... yet.

Yeah, I've heard it was too costly, which I totally believe.

And you barely know how to spell.
E3(Electronic Entertainment Expo) is a huge festival in LA(I think) where game companies reveal tons of game and console information, and members of the press can come and play demos and crap. It happens over like 3 days in May or something.
You're a re for disgracing this thread with your ignorance.

I bet you they're just moving it. Maybe to New York?

Cancelling it for good sounds really stupid to me, even if it's costing the companies money.

I'm never gonna go to E3. Why? The cost for gas to travel there. I did watch it on TV though. Showing the games on TV gave gaming companies a lot of coverage. It's a bad buisness decision because the developers (Especially the smaller ones) will lose a lot of coverage.

Why New York? If anything it would be moved to San Fransisco or somewhere else in California.

No. California is the US's ***hole. Move it to somewhere in Europe.

Because it's press only and not open to the public? You have to aquire a press pass to go. And so far the only way I know of getting one of those is being a worker at a videogame news site and having one of the companies give you one. I do know that a few years ago Microsoft would give them out to all of their recognized fansites that had a decent amount of readers.

Uhm.. pecker.. dick.. wang.. cock.. tallywhacker.. penis.. bad touch? Has to be bad touch.

Anyways Europe already has the Ikea convention and the bad house music convention(BaHoMuCon)

We still have Tokyo Game Show, at least... sigh.. it's not the same.

lol

information leaks anywhere, E3 is a great source of gaming information but I personallly don't mind if it goes away.

Something new (perhaps better) always pops up.

Osmose: How exactly did that quote relate to your post?

Oh, you need an invitation to get in? Then who are all those people standing in line, actually playing the videogames?

Well if that's the case, ignore my last post.
