You can do this easily yourself using paint.

Well, either he couldn't, or didn't feel like it, otherwise he wouldn't have requested it. Here go.

hmm, it wont work, for some reason when i try to select it from the tilesets menu in database it wont show up, it just shows all black, any ideas?
-
Did you save it as a 256-color bitmap/256-color PNG?
Did you go to the Resource Manager area and import it to chipsets?
Did you go to the database, in tilesets/chipsets, increase the room for sets, and set the picture to the new chipset?
You need to do all of that.

how do i go about doing that without sacrificing the quality of the image?
EDIT: doesnt it have to be paletized or something?

Just use an indexed PNG if you have something like Photoshop. I think that'll auto-convert it. MS Paint doesn't know how to preserve hexadecimal values, and it gets the closest thing. It usually distorts it, and I mean, A LOT. You could download Ultimate Paint, too.
Of course, those are RTP, so it'll probably preserve it.

Download Ultimate Paint (google), and use that to save as. It doesn't screw up the colors at all.

Tomi, you know...you're one of those people where I can't tell if you're just 'acting' stupid. (I'm not saying you are, but I already said to download Ultimate Paint!)
