Title: title screen sound effects

I was wondering how to make sound effects in the title screen like in resident evil when you choose new game it says resident evil

Go into the database, then go to system. There you can select which sound effects will be played when you move the cursor, cancel, or select choice. Change the select choice sound effect to what you want. Now, it'll make that sound effect when on the title screen, however, if you don't want to have that sound effect everywhere in the game, right at the start of the game, make an event and add the command "change system sound effect", and change the 'select choice' sound effect back to normal.
