Title: Can't import anything...
Post by: jalm94 on August 16, 2006, 02:21:25 PM
I'm using RPG Maker 2K3 and when I try to import something it shows something like "???? (File name) ????????".  When I tried to open the Help Files thing it said "The (File) help file was created for a language not supported by your version of windows." Do I have to install anything? Help would be greatly appreciated. Thx

What translation of RM2K3 are you using? To check, go to Help in the menubar up top, and click About.

No, it's not bad, but if you're having problems with it, try switching to RPG Advocate's translation. We can't give out links to RPG Maker (check the RPG Maker Links thread in this forum for more info), so you'll have to find it yourself.

??? Advocate's was worse. I didn't have ANY chips charas etc. (that could easily be solved though...) and when I chose Monster Party from the Database, it BOMBARDED me with pop-ups about Module"(RPGMaker File) Address (some digits)-Address (More digits) i reading violation" If there are ANY more producers, tell them. Otherwise, I'm sticking with RPG2K...
