Hmm, do you mean something like Charas.EX for RMXP? Unfortunately, nothing like that exists yet.

u can make characters made in charas gen work for rpg mkaer xp. all u need to do is double the size, reorder the lines and copy in another frame of course a charas gen for rpgmakr xp would be much more convienient...

For RPGMaker2003?

There's this really cool site called 'Charas'.  It has this generator thing that make charsets.  You should check it out.

Don't sign up on the forum though, you won't want to ask questions that make you look stupid.
