It's possible, but it's rather difficult. I would suggest learning some stuff about RM and graphic design and whatnot before trying it.

k.I may need to work on animations and stuff first but I already know how to change graphics by pressing a certain key though.
for example mario is in his battle pose then if u press nter he sings his hammer and also In place of percent i wanted to use hp and mp.

You seem like a newbie, so put this idea out of your mind.

There are a few good tutorials floating around the 'net about doing CBS for action based battles, what your trying to do wouldn't be terribley hard if you took your time and figured out what you were doing.

I hate SSB's health system. Something dies when it's 100% dead; not 999% dead! That means it died 9.99 times but isn't dead yet!

Also, is it going to be an overhead or a platformer? Platformers are pretty hard to code, ya know?

Oh, it would be terribly hard. You know, I've seen some really cool stuff done with rm2k3, some unbelievable. I played a platformer game that was perfection, I couldn't believe it was done in rm2k3. The only down side is, the scripting, knowledge, and patience needed for such a system is immense. I'm not saying don't do it, but you will get discouraged while trying this. I'd suggest maybe trying out game maker, if you find that doesn't work then by all means use rm2k3, just know a working ABS Platformer is one of the toughest things to accomplish in rm2k3.

Awful. Stop typing things, ok?
