You will probably have to make your own, but you can check the Complete Resourses at charas-project.net to see if any are there.

i knew i would have to make alot but all the was in complete was a charaset and i have it and am using it and editing it

I'm afraid I don't know of any Star Trek related charsets /etc. You'll most likely have to make EVERYTHING by hand because most sci-fi shows don't translate well into RPG games.

I've seen some...  but I can't remember. I don't have any, because I hate star trek so much, except the whole kahn thing.  i don't have problem with the actors though.
