Could someone take this chipset and make it a little more creepy. Like adding some dead grass or something. A "Go away" or "Keep out sign would also be nice, but I can just make those myself, so do think that you have to. Basically, this is supposed to be only available when your computer's clock is set to October. So, try and think Halloween-like.
I'd like to keep the house chips if you can get around them.
Some suggestions:
-Dead grass
-Dead trees and plants
-Old windows
-Destroyed scarecrow
-Tombstones
I realise this may be quite a big request, depending on what you choose to put in, so I'll have to be patient.

Here's a Halloween-looking one:

Here's one that's just creepy:

I might put in objects later; this is just what I did by adjusting the hue and saturation in Photoshop.
By the way, how does your game sense when it's October?

I have a 'creepy' forest in my game thats creepy at the start, but turns normal later. I found that a goog way to acheive this effect was to use the same chipset, but use a dense fog on the creepy one, tint the screen darky, add some rain, add a few random flashes for lightning, and add some bats and other such animals.

But dieing forests also give the same creepy look.

The creepy one is just what I was looking for! Thanks! :D
I got this program (forget the name, it's on my backup disc) that can edit RPG_RT.exe files to only allow access to maps during certain times.
If I can't get that program working, there will be an alternative way. In the Northern Snows, there is a man that is seperated from the city and asks you what month it is. Just tell him it's October.
