Title: Battle Sprites
Post by: vegetusformator on September 11, 2006, 02:28:06 AM
Well, I really hate the battle sprites provided, so... I was wondering...
can someone make me some battle sprites? I have the normal animated sprites; I just need the battle sprites. If someone is willing to; I can send them the character sprites through a private message.

Also... I would perfer the battle sprites to be somewhat like an FFIV thing, where the sprites look like the map sprites; just with a few variations and details. (Plus a weapon of course, but I can deal with  the weapon part on my own.)

That would be great, really.

Thanks,
~Veggy

And now we know you joined just to request. Request: Denied. Have a nice day.

And now we know that, not only are you an ***hole, you don't have an iota of intelligence. The newbie request rule has been suspended indefinately (http://charas-project.net/forum/showthread.php?threadid=7325&forumid=5&catid=4) for a while now. Furthermore, that thread specifically states that it is NOT your right to bash a new person for breaking the rule.

Keep mini-modding and you will be punished.

As for the request, although it's not exactly what you wanted, here are  some battlechara bases that someone can use to help fulfill your request.

Set B

I should really submit these to the generators again.

A) So if the rule is suspended? It's a lack of common sense that leads to the idea that those types of first requests are all right. Rule or not, common sense should still be used. I have known it was discontinued, doesn't make it any more logical.
B) Did I bash? I did not. Had I said it in a cruel manner, maybe I would have. Besides, clearly I meant I denied to do it. Anyone else that wants to is fine, and this is proven by your support. I was merely expressing my distaste for a lack of common sense.
C) Mini-modding is when I tell him what to do and what rules he is breaking. No where did I tell him to do anything in any method.
D) I'm an ***hole? Moose, I'm hurt.

If people want to help newbies with requests, that's their choice. No more on this. Stick to the request.

Thank you for at least attempting to help me, Osmose. It was a very nice gesture, and I appreciate it. As for Sandwich, I have no time to deal with your insults and supposed 'elitism' so I will disregard anything said by you.

Osmose, these will actually come in handy a great deal, I will be sure to credit you to the fullest. Thank you.

Edit: Granted, I must say that it would have been better to start off a bit more softly with where I post my second post, but all of the forums I am a usual to are undergoing difficulty, in the fact that for some reason they will take forever to load, and then there will be a DNS error, so I cannot visit them.

The easy solution to that would to get Mozilla Firefox. It's way better, and protects your compy from viruses. The one thing is that some sites and media plugins dont work on it, if that happens, switch to IE for that site.

I use Firefox, but I would get that yellow page - operation timed out, or whatever - so I would test the site with IE and get the DNS error. It doesn't matter anymore, though the site is back up. Plus, I got what I wanted thanks to osmose.
