Title: Milk Snake Diseases

I am thinking about getting a milk snake, but my MOTHER says that i can't if they have diseases. I being myself look up "Milk Snake Diseases" and  hardly anything comes up. So, if you could tell me some kinds of diseases they might carry. That would be great.  :D

Wikipedia says to get one. So, you'd better. And here's a fun fact: milk snakes sometimes eat other snakes, and do have at least some immunity to their venom.
In fact, I went to a page about exotic animal diseases, and ctrl-F'd for snake. It turns out your mother is a lying ho-bag.

If you buy a snake from a pet store, theres hardly a chance it will carry some sort of disease.

Yeah. She probably just doesn't want to be eaten, and the minute you tell her that you can't find anything, she deploys that "Oh,wait just a minute, mister! I've found this blah blah blah..." and shows you the fake thing.

Wow. Only about half of that sentence made any sense. Also, anyone else find something funny with "milk snake"?
