Title: Town chipsets

Does anyone know which chipsets can I use to make a proper town that's not RTP? The town must include stuff like:

-Trees grass and flowers whatever fills up space.
-Walls that can be put vertically and horizontally.
-Houses where the walls can fill up the centre and not just below the roof and above the grass.
-Has to be colorful.

That's all I need please could anyone tell me which chipsets have these?

Have you searched trough the resources on this site.There is plenty of town chipset all you need its to find the one that suits you.

Yes all 48 pages. But as I said the border walls usually only go horizontally and almost never vertically the tiles for the houses can only either be below the roof or above the grass or ground etc. And when I finally found what I was looking for theres's rarely any color or shading which would not look good on my Game.

I do not plan on leaving mine with the original graphics.
