I need help with a problem on uploading battle weapon sets i tried uploading one but it wont eney tips to make it work. :lock:

You mean uploading it to this site? After you submit it, you have to wait for it to be accepted. It won't just show up after you submit it.

no i mean i cant upload the weapon set on the meassge you send to get it uploaded it wont go on it it says its the worng file >:

It has to be a PNG or JPG. And since JPGs suck, use PNG.

You can open the file in a program such as Paint or something and then to go File>Save As and in the little drop-down box that says Save as type, select .PNG.  ^_^

As to converting images, I recommend IrfanView. It's free, and if you're making an Rm2k/3 game it has everything you need for altering graphics.
