Actually it was not that long ago when ppl in the us and so on would marry girls at the age of 14 and so. In fact, some places still do it. *shrugs*

I agree that freaking out won't do any good.  However, some of them aren't far off from what they actualy do in some countries (including america)

now, I can see you saying that about some other things. But this? You may think it's wrong to do this to ppl that rape babies and stuff, but in my opinion, they lost all rights as soon as they began the process of rape, at any age to anyone.

I'm sure that's not what you mean, but using context clues from your posts in this thread, I'm lead to believe that you think that it's fair justice for a person that rapes an underaged person to have their parts mutilated.

Again, I say, that if you think that is fair, then you are EXACTLY the same as the original rapist. You think that you can do what you want to another person's body regardless of what the law is, which is rather becoming and discriptive of a rapist.

The comparsion may seem ill proportioned(sp?), but I do tell you, it is even and balanced. If I raped you, and someone cut my penis off, is it not the same as being vilated (raped), only in a more extreem and inhumane state?

If you cut a guys balls off for raping a child, how does that make you jsut as bad as the rapist? Saying that it's cuz I feel like I can do anything I want reguardless of the law isn't very smart either. The person raped that person, thus breaking the law. They, however, did it because they wanted to, no toher reason. If someone takes a sledgehammer to their nutsack BECAUSE of that, well there's more motive behind then primitive uncontrolled lust. Plus, I didn't sayt hey should be denied a trial. Of course they'll get a trial, but thehacking off of the balls would be a punishment, if the judge decided it was fit. Like being sentenced 30 years to prison or something.

If you had a daughter, and someone killed her, and you know for a fact who it was because you saw them, you would want to kill them, right? However, what if police caught the guy and 14 other people saw the event? Would you still kill the guy yourself and commit a crime, or would you be smart and let the state issue the order for death?

Seeing as your anger driven, you would screw yourself over and kill the guy yourself, thus leaving your *** in jail and your wife alone at home without a daughter or husband.

You are a fool if you let anger get a hold of you, be it a personal instance, or an instance where your moral values have been broken by a criminal, which is the case here.

EDIT: I think what you're thinking of is Hepsetus' Law, which implies "An Eye for an Eye." It didn't work very well in Egypt.

lol, I was thinking that this should be a law and the judge would issue at as punishment. Yes, I won't deny it is gruesome. But I still think it's pretty justifiable. If you drink and drive and kill someone, then if you ever make ito ut of jail, you won't be able to get a license. You lose your privilege to drive. And even though having reproductive organs is not a privilege, it's still a responsibility.

If a person rapes someone, yes, they should lose the right to have sex again. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean they should lose the right to their body. If you punch someone with intent to cause massive injury, should your right arm be cut off? No, you are sent to jail to learn a lesson.

Sometimes people learn, sometimes they don't. Life is unfair, but I would rather see 3 guilty men walk free then 30 inoccent men be imprisoned for life. A harsh law system means a harsh law system, not a good law system.

They have a jury vot for the death sentence right? Well, the world has changed a lot and I know that would never become law in the US or any other major country. Too many people would be horrified by it.
