Title: World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade "Collector Edition"
Post by: Rowan on October 31, 2006, 02:10:40 AM: Anyone still play this game? I was lucky enough to get a Collectors Edition Preordered a couple of days after it was annouced (which was a LONG while ago.) Im currently inactive on the game due to boredom but will start again once BC hits this January.

Realm: Demon Soul
60 Tauren Shaman, Dragonaide (<- Is eagerly awaiting more new shaman changes.)

Realm: Gul'dan
60 Tauren Warrior, Dorrmagus (<- More then likely a dead 60 till I can transfer him.)

In Canada, it's $20 bucks for 2 months.
I have a well paying job, and it's pretty much the best MMORPG ever made in my opinion.

Post by: I Have a Sandwich on October 31, 2006, 04:36:56 AM: The only thing I like about WoW is the sheer size of it's world. I personally think PSO was the best MMO, but was still limiting area wise. Imagine beam swords and laser pistols fighting boomas and rappys in a giant world like that.

I need more RAM, apparently... even with all graphics at its lowest, I lag like you can't imagine... sometime takes more than 1 min to works almost normally when I log on, or Hearth... and when I use Pet Taxis... I heard Burning Crusade will takes more requirement, so I don't know if I'll get it...

So you don´t pay that much actually, the freaks in my class spend more then ten times that on candy each day...

But no I havn´t preordered it yet, not the collectors, not the ordinary. I never preorder games, if I can´t get one when it is released, that´s the gods will, kind of.

Well, I play it most of the time, got some lvl60's around the realms, alot of 20-30's mixed around the place too. Yeah but still, tBC will come out in January so it´s cool, no need to preorder it.

Btw when was the release date for the Wii and PS3?

I honestly dont know, but it was sometime during late Novemebr the last time I heard. IMO, There was only like 3 good games I played this year on a console.

My sentiments exactly! Even if it's only $15 a month here. For $15 a month, I can get a new game every two months! I don't think paying $180 annually is worth it for just another MMORPG.

Im going to wait this time before I buy another Sony Console... So far everytime I bought a new one fresh off the shelves, it ends up broken..

I have the extra money to spend and WoW was real nice for the time that I played my 2 toons :). Now, its not as fun anymore since Ive done everything, hopefully that'lll change once BC hits.

COMPLETELY OFF TOPIC:

Unreal 2k4 pwns WoW when it comes to online play IMO.

As much as I hate UT2k4 when it's compared to UT, I totally agree. It doesn't cost $15 a month, and it's in first-person! :p

Either way, I doubt I'd risk wasting money on another MMO - I got FFXI and played it for two months before giving up on it. PSO was better, I played that for about half a year, but it eventually still died out, although that was more because of hacking than anything else.

I guess I'm just not an MMO type of guy.

Got a hunter on Dentarg European server level 60 as my main and leveling an alt on the same server for PvP who's a level 19 druid.
