I assume by now you know the basics?

You have to make each part of the wheel a three page event with a switch for two of the pages (The first page has no switch) and have a seperate parallel event saying *Switch 1 on, wait 0.3 secs, Switch2 on, switch 1 off, wait 0.3 secs, switch2 off, wait 0.3 secs*

Make page 2 switch 1, and page 3 switch 2. The simes might vary from 0.3, test it out.

Each page of the event has the same part of the wheel but in a different stage of movement if you understand what I'm saying 0_o

Naw, it has nothing to do with 'move event'. Try reading this tutorial on switches, Warxe has probably explained them better than I have time for :D
