hey... i started this topic early to hear comments and extras people want me to put in... so ask away
this will be a full remake but 2d people!
first ill need a map to start and i suck at spriting so im currently waiting for someone to find or make one for me

So is this a complete FF8 remake, a sequel, or what. You should really add some information to the first post.

But I won't be surprised otherwise. The first time sucked. As is my opinion, which I am entitled to. Make it good, because I'd like to see if things get to be worth the wait in disc 3.

its a complete make in mind but im might when i have a bit done realease a demo so that you guys can see whats goin on and if its good or crap and also i would like please people posting extra's and things i should add in plz :)

Just get it working, And if you could work in a way to get the card game, that would be good too. I really hope you know what you are doing in terms of mapping/coding/spriting.

Can we see some screenshots or some of the sprites to know just hot it'll look?

if you read my sig youll know everythin and im requesting sprites in the request sprite, and immortal dreamer provided me with ff6 styled ff8 walking and battling sprites (the links in the request topic^_^)

At least you're using good charsets, don't forget to credit the one that made them. As for chipsets, you can always use placeholders until you get the real ones. Too bad I'm not good at making chipsets.
