Title: Need Specifics

I was wondering if there are any serious artist that could do me a favor. I am creating a RPG Maker 2003 game that involves a special creater that looks like a human. The problem is that neither Chara Ex. nor the Offline BattleChar Set Generator provide what I need for this character. Ive included a picture of the character. If anyone is offering to help, I'll give you the credit on the video game credits. This is the first time i've done so..

The reason he looks so weird is that this is an eariler look to him. I have another/ better picture of him at the location I designed this one. I appoligise if he does look a little strange.

I just read a thred saying that you would be off for a little while. If you can't constuct Z Weapon thats okay. I'll find another way...
