Just make them and submit them. I know About is makign his game an Iso, but it doesn't hurt to just make it and submit it. If it is used it is used if it isn't well then it isn't.

Like ^ said, my FF Fangame will be one. I was at first making my own charasets, but they were deleted after a sudden reboot. Now, I'm just using Tactics Ogre and FFTactics Advance charasets.

The biggest problems I've got with this (Why my screens aren't coming out faster), it's that I have to find a new way to make maps without cut/pasting. That takes to long.

Luckily, I used to play Tycoon games and the Sims a lot. ^ ^

Forgot to say good luck. ;)

So yea I went ahead and started doing the archer from FF Tactics, all I have left to do is the bow and finish the face and hair other than that its almost complete...I dont like what I've done so far with the face but the uniform looks good to me seeing how its my first!

Here's the image i used.......

Wow, those are quite good, if you make more I might even make an Iso game. are you doing  chipsets as well or just charasets?

That is pretty good. That style doesn't match my charasets (sorry man) but I like to see original stuff like this. Keep going, and more people will use isometrics.

Maybe you could put this stuff in the generator when you're done.

What style do you use?
Yea I think that was the main reason I even thought about doing isometrics since there were'nt that many form what I saw.....

I'm thinking of doing everything I can for Iso chip, char ann anything else, though I'm not sure if I can do chip yet though since I've never been good with making anything dealing with scenery but I'm gonna give it a shot none the less (If I do though I think my first submittion would just be a chess board for mini-games then I'll advance)

My style is like below. This guy is an esper, so he's Tactics Ogre: Let's Cling Together style. The Humans will be Tactics Ogre: The Knights of Lodis and FFTactics Advance. Plus, I'm using FFTA for the other races.

I hate to disagree with everyone (i do?), but I don't hink they look too good. With the Generator's template, nearly any well enough spriter can make these. Try with more shade, deeper detail, and a bit darker outlines... And the eyes are far off on the first.

On the front and back, the cape is flat when standing still. It needs to be at an angle from this viewpoint.

Yea I see what the both of you are saying, I'm not submitting these untill they're alot better, as for detail I'm kinda having trouble there getting it to look better and less flat......the colors I'm using though depends on the picture I used but i have yet to find one with the right colors....
