Title: Transforming?

In my game I need my character to have a skill that transforms him into something else, but that form needs to have unlimited magic and it does damage per turn to him. Also the form needs to be able to change back, plus him can use the skill on the map as well. I heard that changing the party dosn't work as well as changing the class, but I'm not sure on how this is done. I searched the tors. but I couldn't make it work and I followed them. Ty
