Title: cant import anything

when i go to Resource managment, and then  choose the catagory my picture is in, and select my picture and press ok, it says "Bitmap size is irregular." Its a .png file and i made it off of the charas generator. whats wrong? thanks

copy them, and put them on a 288 x 256 image...

no i dont get it...whats an RTP file? Can you please explain it as if i were a 5 year old? thanks

rtp is a file which comes with rpg maker

You guys are all wrong.

To use something made in the charas generator, just right click on it, hit save as, and save it to the charaset file in the game file.

yeh, but sometimes the charset may choose a diff colour for the background/transparent colour if you know what i mean..

Wrong, you can just upload it via the option in RPGmaker and click the background so it becomes transparent
