Need help here!!!

What size do i need to make the charset for becuase i try to make one but seem like it didn't work cause it say bitmap size is ireggular some kinda stuff like that plz find a way to help me cuase iwant to post my working resiurce on this site I use character maker pro to create my Char but if you have another progrmme plz tell me
