Title: RPG Maker 3

I have just purchased RPG Maker 3 for the PlayStation 2 off of eBay. It should arrive sometime this week. Does anyone have this game, so I know what to expect? I've read many reviews and watched videos and I like what I've seen. I'm always going to stick with the PC versions of course, just want to see some personal opinions..pros, cons, whatever. :corn:

Yeah...

I bought 2. It kept me busy for awhile, but it was boring.

As far as I know, in 3, you can't edit graphics anymore than recoloring. Also, if you want something other than the DBS they give you, you've got a long hell ahead of you with the outcome only able to be subpar at best.

Not because of lack of skills, just because the program is limited.

I had 1 and 2, they were alright.  1 had very limited programming.  I mean, you couldn't even make events for battles!

2 was not that great.  I had trouble finding out even how to teleport from one place to another.  it came with a pretty good sample game though :D

Thanks for the heads up, we'll see as I alreadyordered it, when it arrives, I'll share how everything goes, which should be either tomorrow or thursday, possibly firday at the latest, because I bought it saturday.

My brother bought 3 and it wasn't that great., the other two are better.

No one will ever play your ps2 RPG. That is if by the grace of the lord himself you ever finish it. Harsh truth.


PC = Better.
