Other than being a picture of a no-smoking in buildings sign, it's kind of meh.  I don't see much in it.  I'm actually taking a regional arts photography course right now, and I still don't see too much of a message.

Ah well. Was kinda random on my part I guess.

I actually wanted a different photo that day, but I didn't have my camera with me at the time; if I'd gone back to my locker to get it, I'd've missed my bus. ><

Well, duh! The message is that smoking can kill you, signified by the lack of any people in the picture, the black and whiteness, and... The... Sign... Yep.

A common misconception is that taking random photos and making them black and white is artistic. Not really.

I used to do that too and think it was art.

I think the dead horse has been beaten enough. -.-;

It's not like I took a completely random photo and said, "Hey! Artistic! Deeper, hidden me--". Neither did I think it being black and white would instantly make it 'artistic'. It's a black and white photography class, so it kinda HAS to be black and white. >_>...

So, I made a mistake; Oh well.

Took it down for now. I'm gonna re-enlarge the print cause it came out too dark originally (I have to print my other film too, so I'll see about putting those up as well).

I'll put it back up when I do--which probably won't be till Friday since thats the only other time I can get to the dark room this week. ><
