How do I upload it here? I don't see the option anywhere... :(

Are you talking about submitting to a generator, or to Complete Resources?
If you're talking about to the generators, go to the generator, then log in at the bottom of the screen. Then click the "Share your resources" link, and it should be pretty straightforward from there.

If you're talking about Complete Resources, just go to the Complete Resources page, and then click the "Share your resources too!" link.
