Title: Trouble downloading RM2K3

I know where to download RM2K3, so that is not what I need.

When I am downloading RM2K3 it is fine and everything. The file is like 29 MB right? But after a while (I'm on dial-up) it says down load complete. but it says it has downloaded like 5.3 MB  or somewhere around there. It doesn't download the whole file. I have tried different links, and I have tried downloading RM2K.

It just doesn't downlaod the whole file. When I try to extract the files it says "No files to extract."

I tried downloading a program called FlashGet but that is worst, it only downloads 5 KB not MB... KB. It is dumb. I have had RPG Maker before but I upgraded to Windows XP and now It doesn't work.


Any Solutions???

Hmmm, I wasn't talking aboput the link, I was talking about downloading it. Like if i try to download anything it won't work. Some small stuff will work but not big stuff like  5 MB.... so yeah. But whatever.... I have to go for a while... be back ina an hour or so...
