Congrats, there isn't one. Leo, Kefka, and Emperor G arn't playable characters other than the brief periods in the game that they are controlled.

Also, this probally should've gone in the All of All forum. But it's ok that you posted it in this one; a mod will move it.

It brings a tear to my eye, personally.

As for General Leo, there are hacks for ROMs that can edit Leo into the game, although these hacks require you have the ROM, which is illegal, just in case you're against that kinda stuff.

Zophar's Domain (http://www.zophar.net) is a great place to look.

You can get him with Game Genie codes. Also, there's a program which lets you edit various aspects of the ROM, like it was an RPG maker. I had a bit of fun, giving Terra a sword called Soul Edge.

In some countries, it is legal for an individual to personally make backup copies of a game they own.
