Title: Yatta! My first AMV

This is my first AMV I've ever made, so don't go hard on me with your comments.
I made the AMV of the latest (at the moment) three episodes of Death Note, 24, 25 and 26. The music is from System of a Down. Credits to the creaters of the images and music.

Anyway, I really want that impressed, sorry to say. Just kind of bored me. The only thing I kinda wanted to see was L dying in animation. Blah blah blah, I'm just biased. I hate AMVs.

The only thing I really like from the anime is the second season intro.

Post by: Scorpalix on April 18, 2007, 10:58:21 AM: Never actually watched Death Note before, so I wasn't exactly worried about watching the AMV and having it spoiled. However, now I want to watch it... it certainly made me want to see what it's all about.

I thought the AMV was pretty good, the choice of song which what I thought was happening on screen (without knowing anything about the anime) seemed brilliant. Soldier Side is one of my faves by System, so I liked it anyway, but it captures emotion brilliantly, especially with the negative mood of the clips.

In short, I thought it was pretty good. Nicely done.

As for the video itself...

The effect at the beginning was kinda odd; I liked the old age feel it gave, but the shakiness was kinda... yeah. I liked SOME of the timing of the clips, but other parts were off. Also I saw a few scenes reused a few times. o_o...

But still, not bad for a first.
