the cahrsets facesets and battlechars have irregular size and irregular bitmap colors can you help me?

A) You accidently posted the same topic twice. (Don't worry!)
B) If made in the generator,
Battlechar- split the image in half vertically
Charset- multiply the image width by four and the length by two (not the actually picture though, just the image itself)
Faceset- multiple both dimensions by four.  (Again not the image though)

For help look at the RTP images.
C) The image needs to be 256 colors, open up the image in a program like Ultimate Paint (Google it, there's a free one)  Look around for a way to save it because I feel lazy.  Unless someone else wishes to tell you. :)
