Hello my name is Cherko. I've been working for a long time on an RM2K3 game, I've made some graphics and MIDIs on my own but one problem is threatening to ruin the whole game.
Is there any way I can fix or replace the very weird RM2K3 font?
I think this question might have been asked before, forgive me if it has, but the link to the FAQ was broken.

Hm...Am I allowed to do this?
Anyway, add this font (attached) to your font folder in Windows.
(CWindowsFonts I think!)
If I'm not allowed just delete this post someone.

Im not sure. I dont think theres anything wrong with it. Its not like, an illegal version of the software. I think it should be allright.
I could be wrong though.

I already have that font installed. Maybe there's something wrong with my old version and I should replace it?
EDIT: I tried that, but the font was still as messed up as before.

If you downloaded the illegal version, RPG Advocate's version, there should be a Fonts directory alongside rpgmaker, which can fix it.
Is it illegal in any way to link to these fonts?

Uh, sorry for making this thread. The answer was so easy I'm ashamed of myself for asking. There was a "Fonts" folder in my RPG Maker folder and two fonts there, msgothi0 and msmincho. I installed these fonts and now it all works fine!

Uhh, Im not really sure on what you did, but is there a way to actually customize the Rpg Makers font or edit it?
Like edit the actual letters and symbols? I've seen many games already that holds their own custom font.

Yes, there is, but I don't know what program you can use, if there was a premade font you wanted to use, I think you just rename the font to one of the ones you need for RPG Maker and it might work... I never tried it though.

I think RMRecker can also edit the symbols and glyphs, besides the splash screens.
