Title: need name of an editor

i just re-downloaded rpg maker and when i used to have it i had a program to edit all the charsets and tilesets with the green background and it had a grid an everything. but for some reason i cant remember the name of the program for the life of me. please if u know what its called and have a link for it that would be awsome

I think u should find it with google or something. I usually find many program from it, but, i dunno about ur editor... Okay, time to search the webs! hee~hee~
