Title: Can I freely use these Battle_charas ?

Hi,

I'm a game programmer, and I have found these Battle_charas and I was wondering if I could use them in my game:

the author is called : Etna

Well, if the author posted it on this site or anywhere else, then yes, you can probably use them as long as you give credit. If he used it in his own game, and you found them that way, I dunno how he feels about other people using his resources.

If you found it on Complete Resources, then yes, it's available for use. Putting stuff up on CR is stupid if you don't want people to use it. All you have to check up on is whether the creator wants credit in-game for it or not.

I deleted some resources before that said "do not use" so I said "do not host" XD; but seriously, thats true. What's the point?
