Title: OMGOMGOMG!!!
Post by: Archem on May 26, 2007, 07:27:02 PM
I just graduated today. Thought you'd all like to know about it.

[run-on]I also got $151 (one for every Pokémon in the original series, yeah?), and it was cool, because it was a $1 wrapped around a $50, wrapped around a $100, so it looked like a few ones, then a one with two fifties, and then a one with a fifty and a hundred.[/run-on] I never thought I'd do it, but I guess I did. Oh, and DarkFlood grajiated, too. Say "hi" to him here, too.

I graduated last Monday. Got $600 plus the promise of a convertable laptop (The kind that fold into a tablet that you can draw one).

They should call you Mario, cause you just got one-upped.

Congratulations!

You´ve just gained a quest reward suitable for the hard work you´ve put into everything!
So spend that money well and give us an update on what you bought(just for fun).

I might buy a PS2, or save it for an XBox 360, or possibly some computer upgrading.

Or I could alway blow it on games.

Oh, and I got another graduation gift, and it's a gas grill. Pretty different, I must admit. :D

Graduating from high school might not be so hard, but it's still something to celebrate in my opinion. Gratz, enjoy the money.

Hell yeah. I felt more proud when I graduated from High School than when I did from college but there's a really good reason.
Only 10 people in my huge family made it out of high school.
(My great grandma said there's around 70 people in our family on my mother's side.
My Father's side... you might as well say every black, Indian, and Muslim is related to me so many of us.. family reunions own.)

Where I live it's free to go to the community college here if you've lived here and went to our public schools for 4 yrs during high school.
Books and stuff are free as well.
Oddly enough paper and pencils are included as well. So as you can imagine there's a ton of idiots who made it out of high school due to soft teachers who handed out grades.... we all had those teachers...

Does the education suck as bad as America's? Btw Florida has the worst education in the country. (Thats grade school mind you. College is still down there though...)
