I have some spirtes from The Spriters Resource and I want to make my own pokemon game and I was curious if there was anyway I could use sprites such as
http://www.spriters-resource.com/nintendo/pokemon/pkmndp/dp_lucas.png
http://www.spriters-resource.com/nintendo/pokemon/pkmndp/alldp.png
OR I want to make a Kirby game but play it like an actual kirby game instead of an RPG game

Are there anyways I can use these and if so please tell me how! Thank you!

Yeah you can use them, however you have to edit them yourself to be in the right format for rpg maker to use.
What you can do is either download a charset template or just take a normal charset, then copy and paste the characters on the charset. Lets say you take an existing charset and put the pokemon one on it. So you would copy the front walking pose from you picture, open up the charset, and paste it over the front walking pose on one of the characters in the charset, then do the same for all the other poses until you have all 9 walking poses on the charset.
After you have that done, you need to convert it to a 256 color image. You need a special program to do that such as photoshop, otherwise two free programs that can do that are ultimate paint and the gimp.

There are, but you need to set them up in a usable format, such as one of these: OMG CLIX PLZ! (http://charas-project.net/resources.php?lang=en)
The large ones, though. Not the smaller ones.
EDIT: Beat by DB. In more ways than one.

Alright thanks guys. Yeah I use Print Shop to convert it to a bmp cause Paint won't open the file then I use paint to convert it to 256.

^Paint is very bad at converting to 256, you should try GIMP or Ultimate Paint.
