I'm getting cloyed using other games music on RPG maker, so I was just wondering if anybody knew any decent music programs for me to make my own? Thanks.

Anvil Studio is one of the most popular free MIDI programs. It does take some getting used to though.

Well, it might take some time to work everything out, but the basic premise is pretty simple. You'll get the hang of it pretty quickly.
