i need help ... i am trying to customize a vehicle, but...i have NO earthly idea how i can do that.  i need step-by step instructions of how to make your own vehicle.


PLEASE HELP A guy IN NEED.

it is the same as making any other character set.  Just replace all of the people sprites with vehicle sprites.  Then, go to the system tab in your rm2k/3 database and select it there.  Hope this helped.
