				Hey,
 I need help trying to make an archer useful.
 In alot of games that I have played an archer/ranged character has been almost completely useless exept for their range.
 I've been trying to think of some abilitys that would make these types of characters useful,  but I can't think of any.
 Any suggestions would be very useful.

				You could make flying monsters weak against ranged weapons.

				Hail of arrows, elemental arrows, armour piercing arrows, they could be slightly weaker than swords but never miss, they could use ammunition, or like Moose said, not miss flying enemies.

				I had a huge list of Archers abilities which I'm not using anymore. I remember some:
 
 -Armor Piercing (ignores DEF)
 -Bullseye (never misses)
 -Friendly Fire (even when confused, the arrows will not hit the allies[this is kinda dificult to make])
 -Forgotthenameonenglish (Arrow multiplies on air)
 -Exploding arrows (uh...?)

				How about magic abillities that make there arrows more deadly? Like take Fable for example, the tracking arrows thing, that shoots like four off at the enemy. Theres an idea!
