I've never actually seen an episode of speed racer, but I have heard about it over the many years of my existance on this planet.

Watching the preview, I actually think this will be good. Some effort was obviously put into the car itself (though it is undrivable.) If as much effort goes into the movie as went into the car, I think we can expect an actually good movie out the past five years' crop of movies. (Bleggghhhh)

Not to mention the funny way there were several problems with the plot. They might as well make a Gigantor (who looks like the Tinman on steroids) movie while they are at it. XD

He however had an awesome voice. And that dude's hair was crazy; it looked as if it came right from Japan.
