Alright, so, I just came back from a doctor's appointment, and they told me there's a high likelyhood I have Hepititis A. Now, I read that it's rarley fatal (4 out of 1000) but it can take over a year to fully recover...
I don't know why I made this thread... I just needed to let it out.
Discuss any illnesses you have I suppose :
-
Wikipedia says Hep A is most commonly transmitted from poop-to-mouth.
You dirty person, you.
On a side note, I haven't really had any bad illnesses besides the fact that at least once a year since 1st grade I've had strep throat, and my nose apparently has some sort of congestion problem - never actually had a doctor look at it, but I've never been able to keep my nose clear and not clogged in some way for more than a few minutes after blowing it.
-
My heart's bottom chambers are backwards. Yeah, not too serious, apparently it corrected itself before birth which is where I was lucky. Most people that have this birth defect need multiple surgeries and die young.
-
Only thing really bothering me is my asthma. My breath gets short when I walk up like three steps, although that's prolly because of the heat too..

Heh... yea, I had read that... I definately never gone *** to mouth :
No idea how I got it tbh
-
There must be some serious flaws in my body but I couldn't care less...
Doctors and healers are overrated... I guess.
Nah I just see no point to get worked out about it, I can adapt and live with the pain and such.
If I had the time I would do some study on Hepa but I don't, no idea what the outcome is but you shouldn't really let it affect your life too much.

When I was in the womb, it turned out that my torso and head were disproportioned. But it fixed itself before I was born.
I also had asthma when I was really young.

I had something like this. There was a big strep throat epidemic that was caught by 3/4 of my entire school. It was closed down for over a week because no one would show up. I went to the doctor, and they told me that I didn't catch strep throat but something very similar. I remember having this huge amount of saliva and having to spit a lot. I couldn't speak for a while either.
Other than that, I do get slight colds but I never really get sick.
-
I've never had any major illnesses or health problems, except once when I was like 8 I had the flu and almost died.
-
I had scarlet fever one time. That was not fun. However, it sure as hell wasn't Hep A. Good luck, and keep away from those poopies!
-
I have Osgoode Slatter, a really bad knee problem. It makes my knees hurt a lot at random times, and they are really weakened.
-
I suffer from hypnagogic hallucination and slight insomniac. Not to mention I've been getting really dizzy lately every time I stand up, to the point where I will immediately fall to the ground and loose control of my muscles, and have an extreme short term headache, which results in a lose of immediate memory. In other words, I stand up, fall down, and forget why I am on the ground, while I enjoy a nice throbbing headache.

Uh...I have a tumor on my testicle...

Well, that's the short version of it, anyway.
